The solid cable access plates are used in conjunction with the Cavity Master kit. Once the initial hole has been drilled using the arbour and drill system, to conceal the hole a solid plate can be used to cover the cavity. 

The plate fits flush with the floor surface due to a rebate which is cut into the surface
